Is it easy 4 a btech 1st yr back student to do Bcom. If he wants?

hello, I did my 12th from PCM last yr. And took admisn at uptu. I din clr my 1st sem, and due to depprn my health worsed. Now my parents are asking me to study Bcom. at my hometown? Will it be easy for me to to bcom. Have no knowledge abt it?? Will I succed in this field?? plss help
