Any international student can get job in USA after MBA from USA universities subject to grant of work visa. MBA students after completion of degree in USA are generally entitled up to one year of post-completion practical training. Authorization for this type of practical training may be granted for

H1 is valid for 6 years and then you have to seek the extension. Only green card holders can work indefinitely. Getting the green card of the USA is extremely difficult.
