Is it easy to get admission in Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University?

<p>Dr. Y. S. R. Horticultural University is relatively competitive, especially for the common under graduate courses such as B.Sc. (Horticulture). Admission is primarily based on:</p><p>AP EAMCET Score: Each programme also has a cut off list; for the undergraduate programs, the students need to clear the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test). A good rank is required for admission because of restricted openings available in the institutions.</p><p>Merit-Based Selection: For postgraduate and the doctoral programs, admission is normally done according to the results of the entrance examination and academic achievements.</p><p>Competition can be rather intense due to the status of the university and relatively small number of students accepted each year, however, achieving a good grade in the entrance exam can increase the chances.</p>
