Is it easy to get Canadian education visa?

If you get accepted at a Canadian University, got at least 6.5 overall bands on IELTS, and have enough genuine funds to show for the cost of living and studying in Canada then yes, Canadian Visa is easy to get.

I have enough fund for the same but have a professional gap of 2 years as I didn't worked for 2-years.
