Admission to BTech course is based on VITEEE score. VITEEE is a computer-based test conducted for a duration of 2 hour 30 minutes. The paper, includes five sections, namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude and English and, includes a total of 125 questions. The difficulty level of the VITEEE exam is moderate compared to other national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST/applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North-Eastern states) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) from a recognised board. Candidates also need to fulfil the below-given criteria:
- Applicant must be a resident/ non-resident Indian National/ PIO
- Candidates having Mathematics/Physics/ Chemistry in Class 12 only are eligible for all the BTech
- Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics/Chemistry/Biology and English for admission to BTech Biotechn
