Here's the good news: the GK section score is usually not included in the calculation of your main XAT percentile. This means there's less pressure, and you can attempt the questions without the fear of it tanking your overall score. This is the part that makes it feel "easier" than the high-stakes

GK section of XAT is memory based, so it is very easy to score in this section, if you know the answer and tough if you don't know the answer. Guess work or permutation-combination rarely work in GK as questions are mostly straightforward. There are 20 question, around 12 are from current affairs an
