AS PE3R ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS IS CONCERN BOTH ARE EQUAL BUT AS PER THE EYES OF EMPLOYER DIFFERENCE IS THERE. EMPLOYER IS NOT SO KEEN TO TAKE DISTANCE mba IN THE JOB.
