Is it essential not to have any history of arrears for pursuing MBA from UK, Australia or Canada?

Hi,
Most of the universities ask for resume, letter of reference and online application to be filled. If your all arrears are completed in the course time, it won't matter. Especially for B.Tech degree, it is understandable that students do have backlogs.
