    No, it is not important to go for coaching for CSIR UGC NET Exam. One can prepare on his/her own provided having good fundamentals. Along with this if your M.Sc has been really specific then you should go for coaching. Even after coaching there is no guarantee of the syllabus as they leave a big portion in many cases. A candidate must rely on Quality CSIR NET Study material for the preparation. Just stick to the syllabus and study to the point, practice a variety of questions for conceptual clarity. Do not skip the mock tests and previous year test papers as they play a significant role in CSIR NET preparation.
