Yes, why not? You can surely go for BBA+MBA without any problem.

But you will face little difficulties in accountancy because of you are from the science background. Otherwise, you will face no problem in BBA. Everything is new for you. Half of the syllabus in MBA is covered in BBA. Keep hard working, you will definitely reach your goal.
