Is it free for international students to study in Germany? Is this country good for computer science?

I have read in a newspaper about the free study.

    Hello Manmeet,
Yes, there is no tuition fee in German universities. German government offers free education. But, the cost of living is too expensive and you need to learn German in order to work there. I haven't seen people going for German universities to study computer science. If you are interested in Computer Science then try for US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand universities.
    All the best!
