For most of the UG and PG courses, there is no tuition fee at Cologne Uni of Applied Sciences. It charges a semester fee of around EUR 320 per semester (Around INR 34.6k). Tuition fee is applicable for Continuing Education courses. Besides this, the students have to pay a cost of living of around EU
