Is it good doing one-year diploma and 4 years of engineering for getting a good college?

Instead of doing Diploma, go for engineering with the best university give the entrance exam for the best engineering college and get an awesome job without doing Diploma. Then if you want further studies, then do MBA for a great job as my personal experience. B.Tech and MBA combination is the best.
