Is it good for future purpose if I will do my Ph.D. in Agricultural entomolgy from Banaras Hindu University?

I am unsure about it as there is no ranking mentioned of this University under icar ranking? And I have done my B.Sc. And M.Sc. From Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Haryana as having domicile of Haryana.
