See if you have scored 94% percentile then it means you are bright student. You can pursue architecture from DEpt. of Architecture and Planning IIT Roorkee that is best I must say. After IIT there is Delhi university and others. But if you are seeking admissions in private university then you can opt for Chandigarh University.
