    Integrated courses has the same valuation. As you are doing in Physics. There are better opportunities at the time of your completion in many fields including Govt. as well as in Private Sectors.

    Master in science special y in physics is rely excellent option . you can plan your career in university teaching after m phil and PHD in subjects . you can plan your career in so many government jobs Indian institute of science(IISC) , Indian space research organisation (ISRO). so many option for master in physics candidate . pl feel get good study make excellent career. as you you know in lot of apples people will select always good apple from lots at high rate . remaining will be selected later and also low price . all the best best of luck
