BBA in International Business is a 3-year undergraduate course designed to impart to eligible candidates the requisite skills in creating and managing global companies. The programme covers an advanced study of: business and cultural concepts relevant to international business. IILM Undergraduate Business School, Lodhi Road, provides international degree for BBA programs. One of the popular programme is BBA in International Management. Considering your query to go abroad to do MBA, I personally feel BBA is better than BBA (IB) because you will get a broader perspective in BBA whereas BBA (IB) provides specialisation. If you want to do specialisation in IB then, BBA IB is good and if you are looking for HR, finance, marketing, then you can go with BBA general.
