Is it good to do MBA from Australia? Which is better among doing it from India and abroad?

MBA in Australia is a good choice unless you are ok with their fee structure. You can also try US universities as well. They are far better compared to Australia

Yes. Getting PR is very very difficult in US.
Alternately, you can try for Canadian universities. The quality of education in Canada is equal to US and also getting PR is very easy in Canada.
