Is it good to do short term online course in HR from IIMs? Can you suggest some other career oriented courses for me?

I have done B.SC (HHA) degree from IHM Gwalior and going to complete Masters in Tourism and Travel Management from IGNOU this session.

Short term Online Course in HR from IIMs: You can consider pursuing such courses for a couple of months or weeks to further sharpen your understanding as well as skills pertaining to human resource management including strategic HRM, talent management and organizational behavior coupled with wisdom
