Is it good to have 2 years of work experience for pursuing MBA from Singapore? Which are the good colleges may I get admission?
I have 2 years of experience as an RF engineer. I have 23 ATKTs.

Hi,
I would suggest you to write directly to the universities you are interested in as most of them require completed Bachelors degree + 2-3 yrs work experience, TOEFL/ IELTS and references.
Since you have 23 ATKTS you need to check with them how they evaluate it. SIM, SP Jain, NUS, NTU, Concordia etc are some of the universities you can look for.
