is it good to join msc.pharmaceutical chemistry at vit after b.pharmacy?or i have to do m.pharm? which is better

i completed b.pharmacy. my friends were doing m.pharmacy in andhra pradesh but no college is having good infrastructure and well qualified staff. and another thing is my seniors completed m.pharmacy but not able to get jobs.so i thought of vit. but i dont know msc after b.pharm is good or not
