Is it good to make career in oil rig or should I prepare for government jobs?

It depends on where you wish to see your self a few years later. Since you are B Com, a clerical cadre in banking or insurance sector may be of interest to you, but you can serve in accountants department in various industries and educational institutions. Your higher education options can be M Com, MBA or Actuarial Sciences. Oil Rig workers perform routine physical labor and maintenance on oil rigs and pipelines, both on and off shore. Oil Rig opportunites do exist in the middle east.
