Is it good to opt for computers science engineering? Should I pursue something else?
I am interested to learn about computers, so I thought to take CSE in engineering but my relatives are objecting.

Yes, CSE is a good stream in engineering. Most of engineers getting job offers in engineering with hefty packages are mainly computer science engineers. A good IT industry base in India compliments it and offers many job roles to CSE students. I would suggest you to opt for CSE.
