Is it good to prepare for CAT after completing B.Com?

    It depends on when you wish to appear for the exam. You need to start with 1 or 1.5 years prior to the year in which you want to appear for the exam.

    Yes, it is pretty good and if you prepare well enough for CAT exam. I am sure that you can get a seat in leading IIMs in India.
