Is it good to pursue automobile engineering from LPU? How are its placements?

The placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) such as Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions etc. And generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session.

Dinesh, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, IBSs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. Being a student there, I can assure you that LPU is best for automobile engineering; LPU rankings themselves speak their placements are proof of how much they're good at their work. LPU provides everything we wish for, daily workshops, seminars, guidance, and everything else you could think of. LPU secured a very good ranking in technical programs, I. e. , it is among the top 90 engineering colleges in India. LPU provides ample opportunities to every eligible student to secure a good placement. More than 540+ companies visit campus for recruitment every year, some major recruiters for automobiles are Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, and several others.
