In my opinion LPU B.Tech CSE is the best branch going right now for many reasons. LPU offers a complete package of quality teaching, intuitive learning aided with hands on practical training. It also offers good scholarship slabs based on various categories. It has also started the covid scholarship to aid education at such grim times. The updated labs and the expertise of the faculty have given good results that today LPU is a name to reckon. If the talk is about placements, again LPU has been awarded the National Employ-ability 2020 award for best placements as the top MNCs have recruited the students of LPU for many enviable positions. The number of companies visiting LPU and selecting students for strategic positions, the joint campus placements and ample opportunities for full time internships and on-the-Job training in reputed companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini would definitely leave LPU as a good choice. Dear Pratap, however, both are somewhat equally when it comes to fees and other expenses but in my opinion, you may consider Manipal University for the B.Tech as I have heard that here the placement cell is really active and has prominent connections with the industries which assure 'quality placement'. I am not demoting LPU because I know nothing about it but you must have to do a lot more research by your self on these two colleges before taking any step. Manipal University is ranked 1st among Research Publications by private universities in India. It was ranked 5th by India Today in 2013. Manipal University was established in 1956. So you can SEE why I am saying to give 1st preference to MU. But if you are not getting Manipal but getting LPU it's also good. LPU being established in 2005 is also a good private university. So it depends on you also. You have to take entrance exam of both the universities for that.

Hello Pratap, LPU is far better in all perspectives whether it is Curriculum, teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members.
