Is it good to pursue B.Tech in ECE as I don't have a keen interest in physics?

Yes, if you don't have interest in physics then you should opt for EC. Physics is for civil and mechanical engineers. Electronics and communication engineering has wide application of electronic circuit, semiconductor, etc.
