Is it good to pursue B.Tech in manufacturing engineering from NIFFT, Ranchi?

Yes, NIFT Ranchi is one of the top colleges in Ranchi and it is also one of the top colleges for manufacturing engineering. So, it's a good choice. -

I hope you know that it's not a core branch so if you are planning to pursue your career in PSUs, I would suggest, you don't take this branch. If you are interested in studying this branch then you must be prepared to work hard while you come in college as there are a few professors who seriously teach the subjects and give good grades. If you are into research then also you might encounter problems but not much.
If you take materials and metallurgical engineering, you won't have any of the above problems.
