CA requires lot of hard work and dedication. If you start another degree, it may become strenuous and impact both your CA and BCom degree. If you can handle both simultaneously then it is a good option.

    Dear harshid,
CA with B.com and without B.com won't make any difference the only thing is if you pursue B.com along with CA you don't need to put any extra effort in studying for B.com as its just part of what you will be studying in CA. and this way you will get graduation degree too.
so my recommendation is to opt for CA ans B.com.
    good luck
