Is it good to pursue CCNA after completing B.Tech?

Yes CCNA is good after Btech
After completing CCNA course you need to appear for the CCNA exam in order to qualify then only you can get a certification from CISCO.
After getting the certification you are eligible for attending interviews in different companies where cisco devices are used.
