Is it good to pursue civil engineering from Germany?

Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as BTech Civil engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition most of German Universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a)Cleared your JEE Advanced
(b)Completed one year
