Is it good to pursue CSE from new IITs or DTU and NSIT-Delhi? I have got 856 rank through general category in JEE Advanced 2017.

CSE at DTU of course. DTU has a strong establishment. These new IITs don't compare with the likes of DTU, NSIT, old NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITH, etc. If you just want to go for the IIT tag then its your choice. But wise decision will be to go for above mentioned institutions. Going for newer IITs just for the sake of brand name is like buying Iphone 4 just for the sake of apple tag when you could have bought much advanced and better phone at the same price.
