Is it good to pursue diploma in computer engineering after completing class 12th?

Hello reader i am really confused about what to do after my ssc my aim is to do a job in microsoft so what will be correct doing diploma in computer engineering and doing btech or direct graduation. if i do the diploma program will i be able to give the JEE exams so that i can get into IIT MUMBAI.P

As such no harm in doing any education but then one need to under stand that this is not going to be a graduation. This option of diploma is better after 10th as the eligibility starts for diploma with X. but doing its after 12th would put you in situation where you would lag with your collegues in
