    No, absolutely not. Robotics demands the knowledge of Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering + Computer Programming + Electronics + Mathematics. Embedded Systems is specific field of electronics and thus a program like M Tech Embedded Systems is suited to an electronics engineering graduate or electronics PG only. Suppose, a CSE graduate applies for that and any how gets the admission then most probably it would be difficult to him/her to even clear the degree in minimum duration.
