Its not too late anyway, many children start their schooling late and end up aged than average age in the class. Diploma technicians do their part time or AMIE like courses for career advancement. So its never too late.

Its never too late to pursue what you want! Please keep in mind that 'Life is not a sprint, it is a marathon'.
There are many people who continue their study after many years.
You are still young, so question of feeling out of the place does not come !
Focus on studies and you will do well.

Hi, there is no age is too an old age to study. Many people do continue or re-start their study after many years of job/business to enhance their prospects. Out of place feeling because of age is a temporary feeling, you will come out of it within few days & in today's world who cares about others?
