Is it good to pursue fast track degrees? Should such sites and universities be trusted who are suggesting this?

I have lapsed 4 years doing a professional non-degree course and was looking if there's any university I can get a Bachelor's Degree faster than usual and got some sites offering fast track degree courses in India, which takes 6 months or 1 year, which I think is not possible.
