Is it good to pursue integrated B.Tech and M.Tech course? What is the course duration?

    The course duration is 5 years. If you want to pursue it, then do it from IITs, NITs or some other good college, which will give you more exposure.

    5 years integrated M.Tech may save your one year but I will recommend against it. You will get struck in same engineering college. If you have done B.Tech from a tier II engineering college, you must do M.Tech from IIT or MS abroad.

    Yes its better, It will save your 1 year but go for it if the university is good in everything studies and placement. Else, do B.Tech then do Master's from IITs or other top universities
