i m studying in tybms.... i want to do llb and c.s after graduation. i will also do a short term diploma in corporate law. these days professionals having mba and law knowledge r in high demand. should i also do mba in corporate law from distance education after my 3 years studies while doing job?

Sachin, doing LLB and CS after your graduation is a nice option. A CS with a LLB degree is preferred.
Regarding, the MBA in corporate law there is no limit on studies the more you can study you should. So, if after your 3 years study you feel to study further you can.
