    I don't know whether it's the best place or not but Canada is the most cost effective country for students who wish to study abroad. Also, while studying in Canada you would be able to recover your fees by working there, so you will get back what you would invest. Secondly, Canada is the only country where you can attain PR in minimum of 3 yrs after you land there .So, if you are planning to settle abroad, Canada is the best place for you. Thirdly, Canada is the only country where you do not have to show hefty amount of money in your bank account. Infact, they just ask you to open GIC account with $10000 CAD in Scottish Bank in order t
