Is it good to pursue Masters in intellectual property rights in India?

It has decent scope. Though India files lowest patents and is more dominates by Russia and USA. So advise you to do MS in USA and Canaada or Russia for better job prospect.

This a highly specialised course in law and has good career opportunities. If you intend to practice in India, then it may make sense as internationally the law frame work is different from country to country.

Yes, I want to practice it in India. I'll be completing my LLB this June and I'm looking forward to do my Masters in IPR. Can you suggest good colleges and scope on this subject?
