If you seek career in management, you may give respective entrance exams for reputed institutes after your graduation in any stream. Just that once you pursue your career in management, your Botany knowledge won't be added value in corporate. in case you wish to stick to botany, you may pursue Maste

If you take my suggestion then you should stick to botany, you may pursue Masters in that specialised subject.
