of course its good to do MBA after engineering because you should know technical and business skills most of the companies requires this type of qualifications if you are interested then go for it -
If you want to go in admin or management areas then surely you can go for the course. If you love only machines and machinery research then continue in technical field. Ask your heart, which suits you best? -

Mechanical engineering goes in a good combination with management if you are planning to get into an engineering organisation where both the skills are required. The specialisation in MBA depends on field you choose in the organisation. -
