Is it good to pursue MBA for Bank Po selection?

    Hi Dhillon
    If you are planning for PO as a career, doing MBA will not help much as in most of the banks and IBPS, normal requirement is graduation with 55%- 70% (depend on bank to bank). If you opt ICICI bank PO, they take you to MBA programme along with your PO training. You should more focus on clearing their aptitude test
    If you do a full time MBA from an AICTE approved institute, then you may work in the bank and after few years experience, you may apply to the management level special cadre in SBI.
