What is the track record of Malaysian Institute? If you find it impressive with possibilities, and the financial thing is okay, then you can go abroad.

Well, finally it is about placement and quality education. There are good and bad colleges in both the countries. Before selecting any college, you need to look at the following things.
1. Placement with average CTC
2. Quality of education in terms of (qualification of professors, no of research pap

If its any tom dick or harry college in India without placement assistance or lacking in quality education standards, it is better you go for a reputed public university in Malaysia. Compare wisely.
