You can pursue and there is not restriction but it would be better to study and carry forward the domain that you have in Bachelors in as it may impact your future like when you plan to go abroad, etc.
But, if you feel your interest is not in hotel management, then go for HR and find a job according

If you are really interested to pursue MBA in HR after hotel management, it's great. But if you have capabilities and interest in hotel management then pursue it ahead. The profession you want to select depends on your inner strengths and interest. You can choose anything where ever your skills and
