Yes you can pursue MBA IT after completing MBA in IT. MBA can open a wide range of opportunities in information technology. Some of them are as follows:-
    1. After MBA a person can become a business analyst (however even engineers from top engineering colleges can become that).
    2. Technology/digital consulting is another field where knowledge of business processes, concepts of financial modelling, business strategy, and exposure to information technology can help a person to succeed.
    3. Pre-sales, and account manager profiles are quite frequently offered by information technology firms in MBA colleges to students with backgrounds in info

Hi Charvi, MBA IT is a sector specific MBA. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-sales support, sales and marketing, account management and business analysis in IT and ITES industries. But, you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. I will recommend you to do generic MBA, not sector specific MBA as it will restrict your career opportunities. The minimum eligibility for graduation is 50% aggregate while some top players like LPU have fixed it at 55% in any stream of graduation. But the marks in graduation are not the only criteria, most of the institutions also take entrance tests or group discussions or interviews

MBA in IT after B.Tech, well since you haven't informed about your branch in B.Tech, I can answer with this limited information. YES you can do MBA after B.Tech in any branch. MBA will complement your technical skills with management skills, you can move upwards in corporate ladder a bit more quickly, MBA get you into the positions of decision making, thus your value in the organisation would also increase. But this also depends on the branch of your B.Tech, if it is IT itself, then you may grow in the same field, while if it is an other, you can grow in many ways. Most of the universities and colleges offer MBA in many of its subtypes
