Yeah, Its good provided that college is approved by MCI. Orelse if you are planning to settle abroad, Its a better option for you.

Hello Ranjit,
Its good only if you pursue your studies from a reputed university abroad. As far as I know you must check with the Medical Council of India for recognized degrees. If you plan to practice in India make sure you are eligible for the MCI test to start practicing.

so if i would study from an approved university by MCI in uk eg. university of oxford for mbbs ,
then it means automatically license is granted to practice in india ? or/and go for md in an indian college ?

Good if you are doing in WHO recognised colleges. However if you do in European countries it costs more. Chapter solution in China,russia and Philippines are not so good. this because they s students struggle very much to clear medical council exams.

One very important thing I would like to share that the test conducted by medical council of India (for those colleges and universities which are recognized by it) which have to passed to practice in India is not a piece of cake. So be careful if you want to do MBBS from abroad and want to practice

You have to qualify MCI exam after your MBBS from abroad. This is a quite difficult exam.
