Is it good to pursue short term courses before pursuing MBA in HR?

I am pursuing BMS, Have no work experience.

    You can go for an MBA after your bachelors degree. Check it out from a good college so that you can get a good platform and exposure. Log in to XIMB, LPU, SYMBOSIS etc.
