definetly you should repeat and prepare for the competitive exams, it is always advisabelt o spend a year extra rather than spoiling whole life on low percentage at 12th. career of the majority of the indian students gets decided at 12th level, therfore please do it with the best effort. GOOD LUCK

Not in all cases. If one is not getting admission to the desired stream due to low marks in XIIth and at the same time if one is confident to get higher percentage next year then perhpas one can repeat. But in majority of cases this is not advisable.
