Is it good to study abroad for a UG course?

Is it good to study UG medical course abroad or in India? I am confused. Shall I first complete my graduation in India and then go for PG course like MD or MS abroad?

Yes, undergraduate studies abroad but in good universities is a great choice, you will have a better exposure, you will know of subjects and topics probably not even introduced in Indian syllabi,better research opportunities, lab facilities etc are much better.
